Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What makes your tea blends unique?
A: Our teas are hand-crafted in small batches using carefully selected herbs, flowers, and botanicals. Each blend is made with intention—to support relaxation, uplift your day, or simply bring a moment of calm. We believe in quality over quantity, so you’ll always get a fresh, thoughtfully crafted product.

Q: Do you use any artificial flavors or additives?
A: Never. Our blends are made only with whole, natural ingredients—herbs, roots, flowers, and spices. No artificial flavors, preservatives, or hidden extras. Just pure goodness in every cup.

Q: Are your teas caffeine-free?
A: Many of our blends are naturally caffeine-free, perfect for winding down in the evening. However, we hope to offer energizing blends with green or black tea for a gentle boost. Each product description will clearly list whether it contains caffeine.

Q: How should I brew your tea for the best flavor?
A: We recommend steeping 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea in freshly boiled water (about 8 oz) for 5–10 minutes. Some blends may shine with a longer steep, depending on how strong you like your tea. We’ll include specific brewing tips on each product page for best results.

Q: How long will my tea stay fresh?
A: Stored properly in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, your tea will stay fresh for about 6–12 months.

Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: Currently, we ship within the West Coast of the U.S. only, but we’re working on expanding our options. Stay tuned for updates, and be sure to join our email list for shipping announcements.

Q: Can I buy your teas in person?
A: We love meeting our customers in real life! You can often find us at local markets and pop-up events. Follow us on social media for upcoming locations.

Q: Are your teas safe for everyone to drink?
A: While our blends are made with safe, natural herbs, some plants may not be suitable for people who are pregnant, nursing, or taking certain medications. We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have specific health concerns before trying a new herbal tea.
